Job summary

Famous Brands is seeking an experienced OHS Manager to coordinate and sustain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System across the business in Midrand. You will ensure compliance with OHS Act and COID, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement of workplace safety while supporting site leadership and Contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse safety data and report statistics.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience with OHS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct shop-floor coaching on OHS Act and compliance with OHS Act 85 of 1993 and COID Act.
• Provide sustainable OHS support to Midrand sites and remote sites.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate NOSA external audits for full compliance.
• Maintain and archive safety records in line with FB and legal requirements.
• Drive incident investigations and report non-conformances using the OHS system.
