The OHS and Security Manager role is to direct the NEF's security functions, including physical security and safety of employees, facilities, and assets. Also, establish policies that will create and maintain a safe workplace and ensure company complies with health and safety laws.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. Postgraduate degree in the same field will be advantageous.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of health and safety management experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in people management.
Cutting-edge experience in sustainability best practices and benchmarking will be a key success factor.
