Qualifications

• Extensive offshore oil and gas production experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record managing teams in offshore environments.
• BOSIET offshore survival certification and a medical fitness certificate.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Experience with production monitoring and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all offshore production operations, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor production equipment and processes, identifying and rectifying any anomalies or inefficiencies.
• Manage the daily work schedule of the production team, allocating resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the safe handling and transfer of hydrocarbons.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and drills, promoting a strong safety culture among the crew.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and abnormal operating conditions.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate operational logs.
• Liaise with engineering, maintenance, and marine departments to ensure seamless operations.
