Job description

• Record purchase and overhead invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Manage multi-currency bank feeds and transaction allocations (GBP, EUR, USD, PLN)
• Handle supplier queries, credit notes, and reconciliations
• Reconcile Marex accounts and match to internal ledgers
• Process credit card transactions and chase supporting documentation
• Ensure accurate syncing and reconciliation of sales invoices from CRM (Zoho)
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, consultant commissions, and reconciliations

Requirements

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
• Experience with multi-currency accounting and bank reconciliations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho)
• Exposure to accounting in regulated or trading environments
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and deadline-focused
• Familiarity with mark-to-market or futures accounting (Advantageous)
