The HR Officer plays a strategic and operational role in supporting the effective delivery of human resource services across the organisation.
This includes implementing and maintaining HR practices, policies, and initiatives that support talent attraction, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance with labour legislation.
The HR Officer serves as a key liaison between employees, management, and the broader HR function, ensuring consistent application of HR standards while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
