KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
1.1. Ensure communication of Corporate Communication and Marketing (CC&M) processes, procedures, and plans development, implementation, and compliance within the organization.
1.2. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
1.3. Advise the organization on CC&M related matters.
1.4. Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
1.5. Ensure effective implementation of the TETA stakeholder relations management strategy.
1.6. Ensure effective execution of stakeholder relations meetings and events.
2.1. Analyze required information for budgeting purposes and provide inputs for approval.
2.2. Contribute to budgetary processes.
2.3. Monitor unit expenditure against the budget.
3.1. Ensure implementation of the TETA Integrated Corporate Communications Strategy.
4.1. Manage the implementation and measurement of TETA’s corporate communications and brand strategy.
4.2. Execute internal and external communications effectively.
4.3. Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
5.1. Execute the TETA public relations and media strategy.
5.2. Maintain effective media relations.
5.3. Ensure TETA’s media presence as required.
5.4. Conduct media monitoring and reporting.
6.1. Implement the TETA online communications strategy.
6.2. Manage the corporate website and other linked platforms, ensuring branding standards.
7.1. Develop design concepts, create visual content, and maintain brand consistency.
8.1. Manage TETA’s digital and print content.
8.2. Approve stories for newsletters.
8.3. Create and approve content plans for digital platforms.
8.4. Manage the TETA Editorial Style Guide and ensure compliance.
8.5. Ensure all corporate documents are professionally presented.
9.1. Monitor perception across TETA stakeholders and manage the executive brand reputation.
9.2. Handle crisis communication to protect TETA’s reputation.
10.1. Manage audit compliance and respond to queries timely.
10.2. Prevent repeat findings in audit reports and implement corrective actions.
11.1. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
12.1. Set and monitor team and individual goals.
12.2. Manage staff attendance, leave, and performance agreements.
12.3. Oversee staff development plans and job profile updates.
12.4. Communicate with staff regarding unit goals.
12.5. Ensure no repeat audit findings and implement corrective actions.
12.6. Monitor employee capacity needs.
