Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
  3. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  4. Maintain and organize office files and documents.
