Our client, a respected professional organisation based in The Willows, Pretoria, is looking for a meticulous Office Professional to join their team. This is a half-day position , starting 1 August (or as negotiated) – truly a gem that doesn’t come around often!

What you’ll do :

  • Manage office administration and operational support (stationery, facilities, mail, petty cash, supplier coordination)
  • Provide friendly and efficient reception and enquiry services
  • Support the Executive Director with diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and board admin
  • Help coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics
  • Maintain records, prepare documents, and keep things running like clockwork

What you bring :

  • Matric (administrative or secretarial qualification is a plus)
  • 5+ years of office administration experience
  • Professional English communication skills
  • A flair for staying organised, multitasking, and working with utmost discretion
