Job description

Our client, situated in the Southern Suburbs, is looking for a full-time Office Manager / PA / Bookkeeper (40 hours per week) with the following qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering or architectural companies is ideal
Manager / PA / Bookkeeping Duties:
  1. Prepare invoices for clients using Excel
  2. Process VAT returns on SARS eFiling
  3. Manage bank statements using Pastel
  4. Process payments to suppliers
  5. Maintain reconciliations for capital expenditure
  6. Manage the office in terms of supplies and equipment
  7. Manage staff leave and sick leave
  8. Handle payment of wages for small wage staff
  9. Assist with rentals and tenant queries
  10. Process all income and expenditure on Excel and prepare reports for accountants
