Office Manager / Executive PA to the Executive Chairman

One of our JSE-listed corporate clients in Sandton is seeking an Office Manager / Executive PA to support the Executive Chairman.

The role requires supporting a high-level executive who sits on numerous boards and committees.

The ideal candidate must be highly professional, capable of working extended hours, and able to manage a demanding and fast-paced environment with meticulous planning and scheduling.

Key requirements include:

  1. Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  2. Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in Office Suite, Pastel, Sage One, and other relevant software.
  4. Extensive experience in systems management, diary management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

  1. High-level diary management for the Executive Chairman of a group of companies.
  2. Managing extensive travel arrangements, emails, and schedules.
  3. Operating and overseeing the Executive Chairman's office and schedules.
  4. Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and preparing reports.
  5. Managing office supplies inventory and processing invoices and expenses.
  6. Organizing high-end meetings and events, both international and local travel arrangements (visas, flights, accommodation, ground transfers).
