Requirements
  1. A relevant NQF level 6 qualification and five (5) years of experience in general administration and office management.
  2. A valid, unexpired driver's license.
  3. Extensive knowledge of public service policies and administrative procedures.
  4. Basic financial management skills and knowledge of PFMA.
  5. Knowledge of administrative procedures and secretarial duties.
Duties
  1. Manage and coordinate information flow within the Office of the CEO at VOCMA.
  2. Provide administrative support, including procurement, asset register updates, and report coordination.
  3. Ensure quality assurance of documentation and stay updated with relevant policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain an effective records management system for all submissions and correspondence.
  5. Arrange and organize workshops and meetings; represent the manager at certain meetings.
  6. Manage queries related to the Office of the CEO.
  7. Assist in budget compilation aligned with MTEF and PFMA, and facilitate budget projections with project managers and units.
  8. Perform administrative and management tasks as required.
