Salary: R17,500 – R20,000 per month (negotiable)




Overview

Our client, a well-established financial services practice, is looking to appoint a professional and experienced Office Manager to lead their administrative operations. The role is suited to someone highly organised, dependable, and skilled in managing both people and processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions across the business’s core service areas, while managing internal workflows, delegating tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wealth Administration (Investments):
  • Oversee administrative duties related to investment services
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely task execution
  • Estate Planning Administration (Wills, Trusts, Deceased Estates):
  • Coordinate all paperwork and procedural requirements
  • Track progress of estate planning matters
  • Risk Administration (Life and Disability Insurance):
  • Manage policy administration and related processes
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant records
  • Office and Team Management:
  • Manage the administrative team, including delegation and tracking of tasks
  • Maintain an internal ticketing or workflow system to ensure task progress and completion
  • Monitor quality and ensure work is reviewed and submitted correctly
  • Support the business owner in overseeing daily operations

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in office management or senior administration
  • Strong leadership, planning, and delegation skills
  • Ability to engage with team members professionally and respectfully
  • High level of reliability, honesty, and integrity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience within financial services, legal, or professional services is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Momentum administration systems would be a plus
