Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an Office Manager based at the client in Somerset West.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including visas, flights, accommodation, car rentals, and itineraries.
- Plan and oversee meetings, events, and conferences, managing logistics, invitations, and resource availability.
- Handle high-pressure situations, whether through last-minute changes or urgent tasks; the executive assistant's ability to step up and handle those situations efficiently.
- Ensure that all details are attended to, no matter how small.
- Provide confidential administrative support, prepare high-level presentations, and manage sensitive information.
- Manage personal and corporate tasks for the Senior Executives with professionalism and discretion.
- Supervise office administration, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, layout, branding, and renovations.
- Set up and manage online video and in-person conferencing tools.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively find solutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage relevant personal, household, and family-related requirements.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in providing high-level administrative support.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration can be advantageous.
- Determination to see tasks through to completion, even when faced with challenges or tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate persistence, problem-solving abilities, and resourcefulness to handle responsibilities with precision and efficiency.
