Position Overview
The Sales Agent’s key role is to generate leads and convert these into successful deals in line with provided targets and manage this via the provided Lead Tool. The agent will be responsible to enforce the provided marketing strategy and report to the Sales Manager within an agreed format.

Support Relationship
The Leasing Agent will report directly to the Leasing Manager. They will also need to interact with other key stakeholders, e.g., Sales & Marketing manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Load online advertisements daily in line with the provided format and standards.
- Follow up on all leads from all sources and record/update on the lead tool daily.
- Convert leads into on-site visits to successfully close deals.
- Adhere to leasing and rental-viewing procedures as per training.
- Complete market research and surrounding area knowledge reports bi-monthly and provide to the leasing manager.
- Enforce the marketing strategy, including ensuring boards are in place and visible.
- Conduct move-ins, ensuring procedures are followed and documents are complete and signed.
- Prepare for hand-over meetings as required.
- Manage new deals to confirm unit numbers, payments, and schedule move-ins at least 48 hours prior.
- Ensure the on-site office is operational and tidy.
- Identify marketing trends proactively.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports as per format.
- Discuss and attempt to save notices with tenants, providing evidence of discussions.
- Adhere to turn-around times and requests from the Leasing Manager.
- Notify the Leasing Manager of any issues on-site and suggest solutions.
- Assess applications with attention to detail for completeness.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and tenants.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Update Visitor Book and Lead Tool regularly.

- Understand current market conditions, including prices, competitors, demographics, and surrounding areas.
- Ability to compile reports as required.
- Strong time-management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with current computer software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible with working hours and available for after-hours emergencies.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport or ability to organize transport.
- Report weekly to the Leasing Manager.
- Ability to fulfill the role of Building Manager if required.
