Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator at Pangea Professional Services plays a pivotal role in streamlining office operations and supporting executive management. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, improving office efficiency, and assisting in project management activities.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide executive support by managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel logistics
  2. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  4. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress
  5. Organise and maintain office filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  6. Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance for office equipment
  7. Support the team in other administrative tasks as assigned to enhance overall productivity

Health and Safety Responsibilities: In addition to your administrative duties, you will also play a key role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. This includes:

  1. Implementing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
  2. Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  3. Coordinating health and safety training sessions for staff
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred
