Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to CEO, the candidate’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
OBJECTIVES
Responsible for the operation of the switchboard and directing all incoming calls
Receive and welcome visitors for tours & meetings
Oversee the reception area, meeting rooms, canteens, and office areas
Maintain the meeting room diaries
Set up meeting rooms for meetings and tours
Assist staff members with ad hoc requests
Manage office consumables, stationery & supplies
Supervise cleaning staff
Facility
Implement security processes
Log access for important clients
Welcome guests in a professional manner
Answer the reception phone
Direct calls quickly, efficiently, and professionally
Take messages and ensure that staff members receive them in a timely manner
Direct clients
Assist with duties such as couriering items, etc.
Working hours are from 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch
