We at New Road Capital (Pty) Ltd are looking for a reliable and proactiveOffice & Client Support Assistantto join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office, providing a professional front-of-house experience for guests and clients, and offering administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks with discretion and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management Support:

  • Manage office supplies and stationery, including ordering, stocktaking, and replenishment.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Coordinate with service providersas needed.

Guest & Client Experience:

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly.
  • Prepare meeting spaces, refreshments, and necessary materials for client visits.
  • Act as a first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, redirecting as appropriate.

Client Liaison & Administration:

  • Assist with client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare, print, and compile documents and packs for clients.
  • Help manage client onboarding documentation and data capturing.

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Help with follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Requirements:
