Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations with precision and professionalism
  • Manage and update the Lay-by book, ensuring that sufficient stock is available and that customers are updated.
  • Support the sales team with layby tracking, client follow-ups, and customer updates
  • Handle incoming calls with confidence and courtesy, ensuring top-notch customer service
  • Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general administrative duties
