Job Description:
As an Office Automation Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base and introducing businesses to our suite of office automation products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the office automation market.
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate automation solutions tailored to their business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in office automation or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office automation products such as printers, copiers, document management systems, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
