Requirements:
Educational Background: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or a related field is advantageous.
Sales Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the ICT or office automation industries.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of ICT and office automation products and services, including copiers, printers, and related technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and the ability to work independently.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and address client needs effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ICT-based solutions and connectivity knowledge of multifunctional printer (MFP) products is beneficial.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in ICT or sales methodologies are advantageous.
Additional Requirements: Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle is often required for client visits and sales activities.
