This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of financial, administrative, and operational functions across the business.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Accurate billing and revenue reconciliation
  • Supplier and expense management
  • Budget tracking
  • Overseeing front-office operations
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Supporting company events and team functions
  • Ensuring stock and office supplies are well managed

Requirements:

  • Bookkeeping or finance-related certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar administrative, finance, or operations role.
  • Exposure to both finance and office management responsibilities.
  • Experience working in a high-paced multifunctional environment.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating events/travel (advantageous).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Familiarity with supplier management, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Fully competent with MS Office/GSuite, particularly Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs essential).
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and importing data (advantageous).
  • Strong organisational and planning skills across multiple functions.
  • Confident with managing travel bookings and event logistics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous, proactive, self-motivated, calm, friendly, professional, trustworthy, integrity.

The proposed salary for the role is R25k - R30k per month, but the option remains with the client to offer any market-related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
