MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide office administrative support to the Provincial Office.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  1. Coordinate Provincial Manager diary and provide secretarial support
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements for the province
  3. Maintain electronic and manual filing system
  4. Perform provincial compliance reporting and support tasks
  5. Provide administrative support to the provincial office
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration / Secretarial Certificate

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

2 - 3 years Office Administration experience

Knowledge of secretarial duties

Knowledge of MS Office package
