A leading government agency seeks an Office Administrator for a twelve-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will coordinate the Provincial Manager's diary, manage travel arrangements, and provide various administrative support. An ideal applicant should have a Matric and relevant certificate, with 2-3 years of office administration experience, and be proficient in MS Office.

To provide office administrative support to the Provincial Office.
Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration / Secretarial Certificate
2 - 3 years Office Administration experience
Knowledge of secretarial duties
Knowledge of MS Office package
