Job Purpose

To support the technical coordinators with all aspects of the administration of the division / region.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Matric
  2. Good computer skills (Microsoft package) & Syspro (Advantageous)
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in an administration role
  4. Knowledge of in-store operations
  5. Must have a Vehicle
Responsibilities
  1. Administration: Act as the point of contact internally with technical coordinators and technicians, support data collection, prepare reports, coordinate travel bookings, and manage regional information.
  2. Order and invoice management: Verify quotes, process purchase orders, follow up on contracts and unpaid invoices, update relevant lists monthly, and ensure accurate data entry in Syspro.
  3. Stores: Maintain stock levels, perform stock-takes, resolve discrepancies, and order stock as needed.
  4. Housekeeping: Ensure the workspace is organized and all duties are performed efficiently.
  5. Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor or manager.
