We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and dependable Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our dynamic financial auditing team.

This role is ideal for a mature, self-motivated individual with a solid background in office administration, SARS compliance, and client liaison.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and day-to-day operational support
  • Typing and formatting professional letters, reports, and correspondence
  • Handling incoming calls and client queries with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing eFiling duties including:
    • Annual return submissions to SARS
    • VAT registrations and updates
    • Monitoring compliance deadlines
  • Diary management and scheduling for management
  • Filing and document management (physical and digital)
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks and errands as required
  • Maintaining a neat and organized office environment
  • Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and government departments
  • Supporting basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or PA role (minimum 3–5 years)
  • Strong working knowledge of SARS eFiling and VAT processes
  • Excellent typing and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (Afrikaans a strong advantage)
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
