Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily office functions and admin tasks
Provide PA support to the business owner (diary, reminders, admin follow-up)
Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping on Xero
Maintain documentation and filing systems
Draft correspondence and business reports
Liaise with clients and service providers
Track supplier accounts, payments, and outstanding items
Support basic HR tasks (staff files, leave records)
Handle sensitive and confidential info with discretion
