Busy Technical Services / Maintenance & Infrastructure firm seeks a highly organised Office Administrator to run the day-to-day office, support the business owner, and assist with accounts.

Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused role.

Salary: R15 000 to R18 000 per month.

Requirements:

  • Manage daily office functions and admin tasks

  • Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping on Xero
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems
  • Draft correspondence and business reports
  • Liaise with clients and service providers
  • Track supplier accounts, payments, and outstanding items
  • Support basic HR tasks (staff files, leave records)
  • Handle sensitive and confidential info with discretion
