Our client, a well-established company in Centurion, Gauteng, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing supplier relationships including orders and payments.
Conducting stock take and ensuring accurate inventory records.
Handling invoicing and ensuring all financial transactions are up to date.
Overseeing procurement and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
Assisting with general office administration and operational support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Sage One is a must.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
