REPORTING TO: Senior Manager: Legal and Corporate Governance

JOB GRADE: B4 Minimum Midpoint

TOTAL CTC: R191 352 R225 120

NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1

DIVISION: Office of the CEO

LOCATION: National Office

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide office administrative and secretarial support to the Legal and Corporate Governance Unit.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  1. Perform administrative and secretarial tasks
  2. Perform diary management duties
  3. Attend to telephonic calls, direct calls and record messages
  4. Administer procurement and payment processes

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years work experience in Office Administration

Knowledge and experience of standard office administrative practices and procedures

Knowledge and experience in MS Office Package
