Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately
  • Prepare detailed sales quotes and production lists
  • Create packing lists and coordinate order timelines with the production team
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their orders
  • Capture data related to stock and production
  • Answer phone calls and support general office tasks as needed
