Job Title : Office Administrator - Food Sector

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required :

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Beneficial requirements :

  • Further admin / office-related qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience in the food or manufacturing sector in food industry is advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will support various departments, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company processes.

  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supplies management.
  • Maintain accurate records for food safety and production compliance.
  • Support procurement and inventory tracking of office and production materials.
  • Communicate with suppliers, staff, and management effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive support across all required tasks.
