Job summary
A recruitment agency in Pretoria is seeking a Personal Assistant to manage general duties, diary, and communications. The ideal candidate must have a Senior Certificate, be bilingual in Afrikaans and English, and have experience with QuickBooks or Zero. This role offers flexible working hours from 08h30 - 14h30, Monday to Friday.

- Experience with QuickBooks or Zero required.

- Handle general administration duties including stock management.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

- General admin duties including stock management, filing, taking messages
- Basic bookkeeping including invoices and statements on QuickBooks or Zero system
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Working hours: 08h30 - 14h30, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility
