Office Administrator

Work Location: Brackenfell

Reports to: MD / CEO

Overall Responsibility: The Office Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Manager and the broader team. This role requires advanced proficiency in Excel, exceptional organizational skills, and a firm commitment to ethical principles and company values. The successful candidate will work autonomously and efficiently, maintaining a professional and composed demeanour under pressure. Occasional travel may be required.

Administrative and Operational Support
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office documentation.
  • Manage filing systems, compliance records, and reporting.
  • Provide personal and professional support to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist with report drafting, document preparation, and presentation material.
  • Handle correspondence and internal communications.
Technical and Compliance Support
  • Assist with compliance documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure tools, documentation, and compliance equipment are ready.
  • Support project setup, including travel coordination and site access.
  • Maintain adherence to ethical standards and company values.
Minimum Education and / or Work Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of administrative support experience, preferably in an electrical, construction environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Strong understanding of ethical business practices.
  • Valid driver\'s license and own transportation.
