Join our growing professional office team! We’re a small, fast-paced built environment practice looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly. If you're highly organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy juggling a variety of tasks, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  1. Be the go-to person for day-to-day office tasks – from answering calls to managing schedules.
  2. Support our architects and project management teams by preparing project documents, tracking progress, and organizing site schedules.
  3. Process invoices and expenses, liaise with our accountants, and help keep the financials in check.
  4. Ensure our safety and compliance documents are always up to date.
  5. Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Previous experience in office administration (construction industry experience is a big plus).
  2. Great organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital tools.
  4. Familiarity with construction software like Xero, Sage, or similar is a bonus.
  5. Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
