Main Purpose Of The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience using SAP for invoicing and purchase orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office, as well as handling all invoicing and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.


Education And Experience Required

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office administration role
  2. Proficiency in SAP software for purchase order processing and invoicing
  3. Proficiency in Office 365, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  7. Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
  8. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Key areas of responsibility

  1. Process and track purchase orders using SAP software
  2. Generate and issue invoices, as requested by the sites
  3. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  4. Assist with office logistics, including scheduling appointments, managing supplies, and coordinating meetings
  5. Monitor and maintain office supplies
  6. Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
  7. Relief for main reception / switchboard area
