Office Administrator – Position Available


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stock Control:
    1. Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels on Sage Inventory Management.
    2. Managing stock movements, including receiving, issuing, invoicing and transfers.
    3. Conducting regular stock takes and reconciling discrepancies.
    4. Monitoring stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
  2. Office Administration:
    1. Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
    2. Assisting with other office duties as required.
    3. Supporting other departments with administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Stock Control:
    1. Sage Inventory Management a key requirement.
    2. Strong understanding of costing, inventory control, and store management.
    3. Experience with Invoicing, stock management, and supplier coordination.
    4. Ability to analyse inventory data and identify trends.
    5. Experience with inventory management software.
  2. Office Administration:
    1. Strong organisational and time management skills.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
    4. Grade 12 with at least 4 Years experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
