Grow, Innovate, Succeed! We have an incredible opportunity for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR at I&J in Bryanston, Gauteng. The purpose of this role is to run and collate sales for monthly & quarterly customers.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Head of Retail and Food Service Sales

Key Areas of Impact:

  • Run and collate monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Co-ordinate the mail, post and stationary function
  • Creating of purchase orders for various departments and processes
  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate any repairs required for any office equipment
  • Monitor and assist with the maintenance of office equipment
  • Managing the reception area
  • Ensure the upkeep of safety, security and environmental effectiveness
  • Compilation and collation of rebates

What It Takes to Succeed:

Experience that set you up for success:

  • Minimum 4 years’ office administration experience

Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • The ideal candidate will hold a National Diploma in Marketing or Finance

Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:

  • Knowledge of financial processes
  • SAP knowledge
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Current knowledge of Vector business and trading terms
