A local administrative services provider in Durban seeks an experienced administrator to manage day-to-day office tasks and finance assistance, including creditors and debtors work. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong skills in MS Office and customer service principles. A background in SAGE 200 and SharePoint is advantageous. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on initiative and deadline-driven tasks.
About the Role
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Responsible to assist with day-to-day admin tasks in the Office & Finance assistance (inclusive of creditors and debtors administrative work).
