Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule meetings and appointments.
  2. Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  3. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  4. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  5. Organize office operations and procedures.
  6. Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
  7. Provide general support to visitors.
  8. Meet and greet new employees during the onboarding process.
  9. Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).
  10. Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
  11. Manage employee housing.
  12. Coordinate company travel arrangements.
  13. Operate switchboard.
  14. Manage company motor vehicles.
  15. Assist staff members with admin tasks.
  16. Maintain general office files and other files related to the company’s operations.
  17. Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings.
  18. Welcome guests.
  19. Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
