Job description

40 hours per week Position : Office Admin & Portal Assistant Water Tower Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Admin & Portal Assistant.

This is a full-time position, with a regular work schedule of 40 hours per week.

As the Office Admin & Portal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, as well as managing our online portal system.

Key Responsibilities : - Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner - Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings as needed - Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory - Assist with preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations - Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Monitor and respond to inquiries and requests through our online portal system - Create and maintain user accounts and permissions for the portal system - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the portal system - Collaborate with team members to ensure all portal content is accurate and up-to-date - Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online portals - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus At Water Tower Group, we value teamwork, integrity, and a positive work environment.
