Main Purpose of the Job

We’re seeking a skilled OEM Integration Specialist to drive the seamless integration of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components into our cutting-edge safety and communication products. This role is critical in ensuring product quality, functionality, compliance, and excellence in field testing and documentation.

Education, Experience And Competencies

  • Bachelors' degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in OEM integration
  • 3–5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product development and field services (especially mining)
  • Knowledge of IoT and smart electronics integration (advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of PCB design, embedded systems, and electronic components

Responsibilities

  • Assess and select OEM components for integration into company products
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve OEM interface problems
  • Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and OEM suppliers
  • Develop and execute product test plans, including DFMEA
  • Conduct site audits, software/hardware testing, and record detailed results
  • Compile test proposals and technical reports for internal and client review
  • Ensure all OEM integrations comply with industry and internal standards
  • Support cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and field services
  • Deliver client demonstrations, training, and post-installation support.
