As the Technical Support Administrator , you will be responsible for offering expert technical assistance to the dealer network and their aftersales service, performing in-depth problem analysis, compiling detailed failure reports testing warranty-claimed items, and ensuring the effective and timely execution of the TAR process. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing dealer operations and ensuring the smooth flow of aftersales support
Remuneration
