Job summary

Nurture Health in Hermanus is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will assess, plan, and deliver patient-centred therapy aimed at improving independence and participation in daily activities.

Reporting to the Therapy Manager, you will collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, document care, and contribute to meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered with HPCSA in Occupational Therapy and Independent Practice.
• Proven experience in physical rehabilitation with holistic assessment.
• Commitment to professionalism, empathy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional participation and develop OT treatment plans.
• Deliver ADL retraining, neurorehabilitation, and upper limb rehab.
• Conduct home/workplace assessments and maintain clinical documentation.
