This small, mobile paediatric occupational therapy organisation, made up of 8 clinicians, offers excellent New Graduate support in a community and office environment.

How you will be supported:

You will receive weekly supervision with an OT with 15+ years experience in the industry, daily check-ins from your Director to discuss any questions you have, a gradual increase of caseload as you learn your role, a professional development training plan tailored to your needs, LOTS of work shadowing opportunities when you start and throughout your first year, and access support from your team whilst you're on the road to get answers to clinical questions straight away!

Your role:

You will be travelling to clients' schools and homes conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans incorporating evidence-based therapy, facilitating therapy sessions, writing progress notes, and producing NDIS reports (for NDIS clients when required).

You will also engage in weekly occupational therapy professional development training in addition to having your weekly supervision.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle.
