An exciting opportunity exists for an Occupational Therapist to join a growing vocational rehabilitation practice led by founder Phumla Motsa, a passionate solopreneur in the field of return-to-work and functional capacity evaluations.

This is a unique chance to work closely with the founder, contribute to shaping a high-impact clinical and consultancy service, and grow alongside a purpose-driven business.

This role involves delivering functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, and case management services to clients with various conditions.

You'll play a key role in supporting clients' reintegration into the workforce.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current registration with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa)
• Demonstrated experience in vocational rehabilitation
• Familiarity with assessment tools such as Workwell or Ergoscience is highly desirable
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
