The focus will be on preventing workplace injuries and illnesses, providing healthcare services, and educating employees about health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conducting health assessments and screenings
• Providing first aid and emergency care
• Implementing health promotion programs
• Educating employees on workplace safety and health
• Managing work-related injuries and illnesses
• Providing guidance on health and safety regulations
• Assisting with worker compensation claims
• Performing audiometry, spirometry, and vision tests

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in General Nursing
• Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing
• 3-5 years' relevant experience as an OHNP
• Registered with South African Nursing Council & SASHON
• Audiometry, Spirometry, and Vision Certificates
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Manage administrative activities to ensure compliance and accurate occupational health data capture
• Own transport and valid driver's license
