Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Hammersdale for an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner. The Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care and occupational health services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting health assessments, administering treatments, offering health education, and ensuring workplace health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Occupational Health Nursing
• Primary Healthcare and Occupational Health expertise
• Certificate in Audiometry registered with SASOHN
• Certificate in Spirometry and Vision Screening
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous 3-5 years experience in the Occupational Health setting
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations and compliance standards
• Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
• Computer literacy
• Able to function independently
