An exciting full-day opportunity exists for an Occupational Health Nurse to work in an Occupational Health Clinic in Mossel Bay. (40 hours per week)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality occupational and primary healthcare services to meet and exceed customer expectations and requirements.

Location: Coast West Region, Mossel Bay

Introduction

An exciting full-day opportunity exists for an Occupational Health Nurse in Mossel Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality occupational and primary healthcare services.

Critical Outputs

• Work in an onsite clinic offering occupational and primary health care services, including IOD management.
• Manage client contracts onsite.
• Develop and implement occupational health programs.
• Meet targets set in occupational health and quality programs.
• Fulfill quality audit requirements for the site.
• Initiate and manage health projects onsite.
• Work effectively within a team.
• Deliver high-quality healthcare services.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
• Adhere to professional and quality standards of Life Health Solutions and the client.

Requirements

• Current registration as a Nurse with the SANC.
• Additional qualification in Occupational Health.
• Preferred qualifications include Audiometry, Spirometry, and Vision Screening.
• Dispensing qualification is preferred.
• Competence in basic computer skills, administration, employee relations, and communication.
• Results-oriented candidates with initiative and ability to deliver quality outputs while reducing costs are preferred.
• Competent in emergency first aid for medical emergencies.
• Own transport.
• Proof of updated Covid-19 vaccination.
