O&M Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic O&M Manager to lead the development and execution of our Asset Strategies, aligning them with business goals and engineering excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee the full Asset Lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. Drive performance improvements, ensure compliance, and lead multidisciplinary teams across sites. You’ll also leverage data, technology, and engineering principles to optimise reliability, cost, and value. Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of solar installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in senior O&M or management roles within the solar industry.
• Skilled in solar plant software, remote monitoring tools (e.g., VRM, iSolarCloud), and MS Office 365, especially Excel and .csv handling.
• Proven ability to manage SLAs, ensure contractual compliance, and resolve service-related issues.
• Excellent report writing, data interpretation, and attention to detail for operational performance tracking.
• Strong team management, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing skills to drive service excellence.
• Highly organised, deadline-oriented, with the ability to multitask and deliver under pressure in a dynamic environment.
