Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a warm, nurturing Childminder and Educator to provide exceptional care for young children in Tembisa, Gauteng. The role focuses on creating a safe, stimulating, and fun environment where children learn, play, and grow, with daily routines and age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities include supervising children, planning activities, assisting with meals and hygiene, and communicating progress with parents.

Qualifications

• Previous childcare experience is essential.
• Patience, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Knowledge of child development stages and appropriate activities.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are highly desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate educational activities, games, and crafts.
• Assist children with daily routines, including feeding, napping, and hygiene.
