Nursing Supervisor

Position Number: S79240

Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $65,290-$79,430 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Responsible for the daily management of the Nursing Department to include scheduling Nurses/Medical Assistants to provide adequate coverage of the Health Center.
2. Develop, review and communicate clinical nursing protocols and patient care procedures book and update as necessary.
3. Assess patient needs.
4. Oversee and supervise nursing and medical assistant staff in the delivery of clinical services.
5. Develop utilization management and quality assurance reports related to the delivery of patient nursing care.
6. Maintain current state licensure for RN and all relevant certifications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Five to eight years of related work experience.
3. BLS certification required.
4. Board Certified in Ambulatory Care preferred.
